Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full control over your mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward emails from one e-mail box to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages based on specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the mailbox you wish to forward mails from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
